The chain seems pretty regular like most chains, but seems durable enough to wear everyday. It hasn’t tarnished or turned any necks green so it’s skin safe I would say. Wouldn’t recommend showering with it, but it has stayed gold with no tarnish. It is simple and cute for a friend, daughter, even a mom.

It could definitely easily break if not taken care of. I do like that it has an adjustable clasp so I can shorten it to where she likes it. The chain is actually a good length so there is room to grow. It is plated so definitely not recommended to wear in water of any kind as it will eventually turn. For the price it’s a good little necklace for younger girls and having their initial on it will be something special for them. The box it comes in is sweet and has a really motivational saying in it.
