Named for her grandmother, who taught her to sew, Victoria Salisbury founded V. Chapman to bring unique, structured, feminine clothing to a new generation of women. Based in Los Angeles, V. Chapman masterfully updates vintage silhouettes with a modern flair and contemporary touches. Made with textured organza, this stunning halter Scarlette Dress in Victorian Blue Roses is guaranteed to turn heads.
