Build Strength

Hand Grippers are excellent for developing crushing grip strength, developing forearm muscle and improving tendon strength. If used correctly of course...

5 Resistance Levels

Choosing the right resistance when first starting out is very important. We've provided an example breakdown of the expected level for each resistance based on a 1 rep max.

• 100lb - Beginner / No grip experience
• 150lb - Elementary / Little grip experience or gym goer
• 200lb - Intermediate / Good level of strength
• 250lb - Advanced / Strong experienced grip trainer
• 300lb - Very Advanced / It's time to move onto the Elites

Knurling

The Essential Grippers have a low / mid knurl. This provides a basic level of grip, but is much easier on the hands compared to a harsher knurl.

We recommend applying a small amount of powdered chalk to prevent slippage and enhance grip.
